Where's my parcel?
Your tracking number is in your shipping confirmation email (with a few sweet words, as a bonus). We then keep you posted by email at every step.
Return a product
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 14 days from delivery to return a product.
- Request your return Give us your order number, the product(s) you are returning and the reason for the return.Make my request
- Put the form in your parcel Print and fill in the withdrawal form: it must be included in the parcel.
- Send your parcel with tracking Then email your tracking number to hello@mercihandy.com with your refund request.
Without a tracking number, no claim can be accepted. If Merci Handy refuses the item, it is sent back to the customer at Merci Handy's expense, without the customer being entitled to any compensation.
