Merci Handy team members are customers themselves, and are also customers of other websites. That's why we know how important confidentiality is, and we respect it. If you have any questions about how we protect your privacy, please send us an e-mail to hello@mercihandy.fr mentioning "personal information".
For all our services, the data controller (the company responsible for privacy) is Tradeparency (this is the second name of Merci Handy).

If you don't register to take part, we can't find you when you win. |
We love freedom too much to tell you that you have to provide personal information. That decision is entirely yours (and your parents' too if you're under 18). However, if you don't, in some cases you may not be able to buy on the site, and we won't be able to guarantee you the best customer experience. But whatever you choose, it's your choice and we respect it.
Sharing your information
We do not and will never sell your personal information. That's a promise we make to you.
However, to give you the best possible experience, we share some information with trusted partners who, like us, are committed to protecting and using your personal data in accordance with the law and, above all, with your choices on the matter. The types of partners we work with are described below:
- Companies that help get your order to you, such as payment providers, warehouses, order pickers and delivery companies.
- Professional service providers such as marketing agencies, advertising partners and website hosts who help us run Merci Handy.
- Credit reference agencies, law enforcement and fraud prevention agencies, so we can help prevent fraud.
- Companies you have approved, such as social networks (if you choose to link your accounts with us).
Marketing campaigns and communications
If, and only if, you have given us permission, we will send you marketing messages by email and/or text to tell you about brand news or help you find our products.
How to stop receiving marketing messages from Merci Handy
You can easily stop receiving our marketing messages at any time. To do so, simply:
- Go to your account and click “Unsubscribe”.
- Click the “unsubscribe” link in our emails.
- Contact our customer service
As soon as we receive your request, we update your profile so it is excluded from our future mailings.
Important: even if you unsubscribe from our marketing messages, you will still receive important messages about the shipping of your order.
Stopping marketing messages will not stop service communications (such as order updates or news about an activity you've shown interest in at Merci Handy).
The Merci Handy FR mobile messaging service (the "Service") is operated by Merci Handy ("Merci Handy FR", "we", "us" or "our"). Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. By consenting to Merci Handy FR's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Merci Handy FR through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your number is registered on any national or federal do-not-call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts and information (e.g. order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials and other marketing offers (e.g. cart reminders). You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Merci Handy FR. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary. We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider. You may opt out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword STOP to Merci Handy or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you request otherwise. If you have subscribed to other Merci Handy FR mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. For Service support or assistance, text HELP to Merci Handy or email hello@mercihandy.com. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received, and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service. We respect your right to privacy.Seeing Merci Handy ads online
You may have already noticed that we also advertise online to keep you up to date with our news and to help you discover and find our products.
Like many other companies, we target you based on certain criteria to try to show you the offers you're most likely to be interested in. When we think an offer is right for you, we display it using banners or other digital ad formats. We do this through various technologies, including digital marketing networks and the use of web beacons, pixels, tags and cookies, as well as services offered by certain websites and social networks.
We don't want to bother you while you browse, so we rely on information we have about you, your previous visits to the Merci Handy site, or image or video banners you've clicked on in the past.
